Do One Thing December
As a recruitment company, White Label is all about people. Our teams love to find our clients the best possible people for their organisations, whether that’s in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Technical Sales industries.
The hard work and dedication that our people put into their roles means that we care about them and their wellbeing above all else.
This is why we have done so much to try and support our people and their mental wellbeing this year, alongside looking after their physical health as well.
To strengthen White Label’s commitment to improving mental health and passion for our employees’ and customers’ wellbeing, we are relaunching our Christmas Mental Health Campaign, #DoOneThingDecember.
Inspired by Mind’s World Mental Health Day initiative of #DoOneThing, this campaign is designed to encourage our dedicated recruitment consultants to do something that will ultimately bring on the ‘feel-good’ factor.
This might involve physical exercise, speaking to family, friends and colleagues, doing something creative, having a hot bath at the end of a day, investing in their personal growth or even treating themselves to a nice something to eat. We will be documenting everything our team is doing throughout December via our social media platforms and we are hoping to inspire others in our networks to Do One Thing in December too!
Our ultimate goal is to build a conversation around mental health and wellbeing; how to protect your own and how to look after other people as well.

FEELING FESTIVE
As part of #DoOneThingDecember, we are raising money for Wood Street Mission.
Wood Street Mission is a Manchester children’s charity that helps children and families living in poverty in Manchester and Salford.
Our target is to work as a team and with our clients to book as many interviews for our Engineering candidates as possible.
Each interview we book will be worth £5, over four weeks we aim to raise £500 from White Label as a business, which totals to 100 interviews.
If you would like to donate on top of our efforts, you can do so here.
Finally, we would like to say a big thank you to all our clients and candidates who have supported us so much this year. Merry Christmas to all of you and we hope you have a fantastic 2022!
