We’ve updated our website to truly reflect the agency that we’ve worked hard to build, nurture and curate throughout the past decade!

Whilst we’re thrilled with our new image, the exciting evolution of White Label Recruitment doesn’t stop there.

In line with our fresh new look, we’re supercharging our commitment to being the industry leader for culture, development and well-being. For us, curating a company culture that feels like a home away from home is incredibly important – most of us spend a staggering 1/3 of our lives at work after-all!

We’re passionate about ensuring our employees have more than just a job with White Label, they have the opportunity to develop, the chance to learn essential life-skills and the encouragement to prioritise health and fitness, all of which contribute to self-improvement and creating a more rounded workforce.

With this in mind, we’re proud to officially launch our exciting new project #MakingPeopleBetter

White Labels dedication to #MakingPeopleBetter was inspired by the ‘Marginal Gains Theory’ made famous by former British Cycling Performance Director, Sir David Brailsford. David stipulated that small improvements every day, everywhere and anywhere, resulted in a massive difference when consolidated together. This was proven by the British Cycling teams astronomical performance under his mentorship; they took home an astounding 60% of the gold medals available at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games followed by nine Olympic records and seven world records on British soil in 2012!

The inspiring stats have truly resonated with the White Label team and as a result, we’re committed to equipping and supporting our candidates, clients and internal staff with the tools, opportunities and advice that they need to facilitate their own daily 1% gains.
