WHITE LABEL WORKIVERSARY

Today is the day we celebrate Emma Crayfourd, Jade Davey & Rachael Dormer being with White Label over 5 years!

The girls have been with the business between 5 and 7 years and have been instrumental to the development of the company.

Some of the achievements and highlights are below which have been amazing to see over the years…

Emma Crayfourd-

Emma Started here as a Senior Consultant and helped us to create a Contract desk in the Mechanical Design market. During this time, we looked at ways of improving our process and Emma helped implement an automated timesheet system which has been a huge success. Emma progressed during this time through to Principal Consultant, Team Leader, Manager & now Business Sales Manager. She has helped shape the career path, structure, culture and job descriptions that are now in place.

In 2016 Emma assisted in developing a team leader model meaning the business has a structure to grow. As always she is instrumental in internal recruitment and ongoing training for the team.

In 2015 & 2017 Emma has taken care of the office in full my time off on maternity – 1 being a full year and 1 for 6 months which I am very grateful for!

• Moved into a new house
• Became a mum to her daughter last year
• Has a lovely dog and now spends a lot of time outdoors keeping active and healthy
• Got engaged and is getting married this year
• Attended numerous White Label holidays- Amsterdam, Krakow, Val Thoren Skiing, Chamonix Skiing,
• Achieved her personal targets and has attended numerous lunch club and races days

Rachael Dormer-

Rachael started her career as a Senior Consultant and developed the Electrical T&D Market. She then moved onto Supply Chain and was promoted to Principal Level Consultant. Rachael recruited Neil Dorrian shortly after to support her market and to pursue a team leader career. In the last 2 years Rachael recruited Astra Rogerson to build the Technical Sales market and more recently has been pivotal in the business creating a delivery model by recruiting Paul Smith to work as a delivery Consultant which is a huge success.

Rachael has great business development skills and alongside the above last year alone brought in 15 jobs that were placed for other people in the team, all coming from her relationships built over the years.

In 2018 our Business Manager Emma took 1-year Maternity leave and Rachael has really supported myself and the team in this time which I am very grateful for- thank you!

Rachael is on track to hit her Manager target by the summer!

Other Achievements and more about Rachael –

• We have seen Rachael get engaged, buy a house, pass her driving test and get married
• Rachael has carved out numerous hobbies in this time and great ambassador for healthy living for the rest of the team. A gym & yoga lover, an amazing cook & gardener & is now learning Spanish
• Hit target across many years and attended numerous lunch clubs & race days with White Label
• Attended and contributed billing to 2x Amsterdam trips, Krakow & Val Thoren Skiing trip

Jade Davey-

Started her career with a 10-month-old baby, initially to complete a part-time admin role. It was very apparent Jade had so much drive and determination and quickly progressed

Regarding Recruitment Jade was my resource when the business first started out working on varying roles for my key clients, Jade then progressed into delivery and managed roles herself, she is now developing her own niche patch and has is competent in new business development.

Jade has achieved numerous promotions in recruitment & in the office management role. She has been pivotal in the implementation of all internal systems at White Label.

Operationally Jade independently supported my maternity leave time which was a huge help and development milestone for the business – thank-you!

In the last year, she became a leader herself and has Louise Blacklock on board as administrative support.

Other Achievements & more about Jade-

• Helped the team move into our new office handling all the issues that arose to ensure smooth operation (this was at the same time as one of my children was just born so I am very grateful for this support – thank you!)
• Moved into a new house
• Started running as a hobby and has completed half marathons in very good times! She has become a regular gym goer and currently getting there at 5.15am! #determination
• About to become a mum of 3 whilst working and adding value to the business monthly
• Attended numerous White Label holidays – Amsterdam x2, Krakow x1, Val Thoren Skiing, Chamonix Skiing
• Achieved her personal targets and has attended numerous lunch club and races days

So today as a thank you we will all go on a nice shopping trip and for dinner to celebrate!
